  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Place the pork chops in the crockpot and pour the garlic butter sauce over them.
  4. Add the chicken broth to the crockpot.
