Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make low-carb version of the classic sandwich, perfect for those following a keto diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ribeye steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until the steak is browned.
  4. Stir in cream cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Roll the steak mixture in low-carb tortillas or lettuce leaves.
  8. Place the rolls in a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
