Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Lay out slices of provolone cheese, place a portion of the beef mixture on top, and roll them up.
  6. Place the roll-ups seam side down in a baking dish.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
