  • 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, erythritol, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well and set aside.
