A delicious and hearty Keto Mushroom Swiss Beef Bake that is perfect for dinner, combining savory beef, mushrooms, and Swiss cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms until they are golden brown.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream and beef broth together.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the cooked beef and mushrooms, then pour the cream mixture over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
