- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
