  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted and smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and Italian seasoning.
