  • 100g pancetta
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, cook the pancetta over medium heat until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pancetta and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with pancetta and garlic.
  6. Remove the pan from heat and quickly mix in the egg and cheese mixture, stirring to create a creamy sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
