  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apple pie filling
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Spread apple pie filling evenly on top.
  5. Pour the remaining cheesecake batter over the apple filling.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool completely.
  7. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top before serving.

  • For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
