Ingredients

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the egg and olive oil, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. If desired, add food coloring to the dough for a spooky effect.
  5. Shape the dough into skulls using a skull mold or by hand.
  6. Place the shaped skulls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
