Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the squash on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
