Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the diced apples and pour the mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
