- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
