- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
