  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add cooked ground beef or turkey and taco seasoning, stirring until well combined.
  3. On a large low-carb tortilla, layer the meat mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
  4. Fold the tortilla edges towards the center to create a wrap.
  5. Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
