Grinch Cake Pops are festive and fun treats inspired by the beloved character from Dr. Seuss’s classic story. Perfect for holiday celebrations, these cake pops are sure to bring joy to your gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup of frosting (green)
  • 1 package of green candy melts
  • 1 package of lollipop sticks
  • Red candy melts (for decoration)
  • White candy melts (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and bake.
  2. Once cooled, crumble the cake into a large bowl.
  3. Add the green frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Insert lollipop sticks into each ball and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Dip each cake pop into the melted green candy and allow excess to drip off.
  8. Place the coated cake pops back on the baking sheet to set.
  9. Once set, use red and white candy melts to create Grinch faces on each pop.
  10. Let the decorations harden before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use chocolate frosting instead of green.
  • Make sure the cake pops are completely cooled before dipping.
  • Store in a cool place to prevent melting.
