  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • Leafy greens (e.g., spinach or arugula) for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed chickpeas and avocado.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill, parsley, celery, and red onion to the bowl.
