A delicious and easy-to-make gluten-free focaccia infused with olive oil and herbs, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free flour and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped herbs.
  5. Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  6. Cover the pan with a towel and let it rise for 30-45 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  8. Once risen, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense flavor, add garlic powder or other herbs of your choice.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • This focaccia can be served warm or at room temperature.
