- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Coarse sea salt for topping
- In a bowl, combine warm water, honey, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped herbs.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Cover the pan with a towel and let it rise for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Once risen, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
