A delicious and easy-to-make vegan version of the classic tiramisu using Oreo cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Dip each Oreo cookie in the brewed coffee for a few seconds to soak.
  3. Layer the soaked Oreos in a serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the coconut cream mixture over the Oreos.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream layer on top.
  6. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Make sure to use full-fat coconut cream for the best texture.
  • Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
