  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and spices.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and water to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  5. Pour the dough into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
