1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
2 cups diced apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and eggs.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
Fold in the diced apples and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan, sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the brown sugar mixture.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth and drizzle over the cooled bread.
