  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread refried beans evenly on each tostada shell.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded rotisserie chicken with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Top each tostada with the seasoned chicken.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and black olives on top of the chicken.
  6. Finish with slices of avocado and a dollop of sour cream.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
