A quick and easy recipe for delicious Italian meatballs served with marinara sauce, perfect for a pasta night.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Once meatballs are cooked, add them to the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve meatballs over pasta and enjoy!
