  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, pineapple juice, egg, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs in the Crock Pot.
  4. Pour barbecue sauce and pineapple chunks over the meatballs.
