  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  5. Add the rice and stir for 1-2 minutes to toast it slightly.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Stir in the heavy cream and return the chicken to the skillet.
  9. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes until the rice is tender and the sauce is creamy.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
