  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (6 oz) stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, and mixed vegetables.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the stuffing mix with melted butter.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
