A delicious and easy-to-make treat combining chocolate, peanut butter, and crispy rice cereal.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the Rice Krispies and peanut butter until well combined.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and honey (or maple syrup) over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the Rice Krispies and peanut butter mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture into a lined muffin tin or silicone molds.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  7. Remove from molds and enjoy!
