Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of choice (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder, almond butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold in the chopped dried cherries.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Once set, remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
