  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup onion, chopped

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
