A quick and easy weeknight casserole featuring chicken, broccoli, and rice, perfect for busy families.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, rice, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
