  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, ricotta cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and milk.
