A delicious and easy-to-make Cheesy Keto Ground Beef Casserole that is ready in just 30 minutes, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower florets, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
