Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced onions.
  3. Sprinkle sugar over the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions are caramelized, about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
