A flavorful and spicy dish featuring tender chicken pieces coated in a rich black pepper sauce.

Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and half of the black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add onion, garlic, ginger, and bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining black pepper and salt to taste, and stir well.
  6. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
