A delicious fusion of classic bacon cheeseburger flavors and ramen noodles, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped bacon over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Add onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, and cooked ramen noodles to the skillet. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour beef broth over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
