  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 cups tomato sauce

Instructions

  2. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. Once browned, add the tomato sauce to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with pasta or crusty bread.
